Donations
- Donations are voluntary gifts to FISS for its charitable programs. You may indicate a preferred program; FISS may redirect funds to similar charitable objects where a program is fully funded or no longer active.
- FISS holds registration under Section 12AB and approval under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Eligibility for any deduction depends on your own tax position and the provisions of the Act. Receipts are issued by FISS after payment is confirmed.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms apply to the payment itself.
Refund policy
- Donations are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged twice, charged in error, or the payment was debited without confirmation, write to info@fissindia.com within 15 days with your payment ID. Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit it.
Intellectual property
Text, design and photographs on this site belong to FISS or its contributors. Please ask before reusing them.
Limitation

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Guwahati, Assam have jurisdiction.
