Foundation for Integrated Support and Solution (“FISS”, “we”) is a Section 8 company (CIN U74999AS2016NPL017565) with its office at 25, Manikanchan, Mother Teresa Road, Guwahati - 781021, Assam. Contact: info@fissindia.com.
What we collect
- Forms you submit – contact, volunteer, CSR enquiry, newsletter and donation forms: name, email, phone, city, organisation, message and the other details you type in.
- Donations – name, email, phone, amount and program. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure payment window and are never seen or stored by FISS.
- Technical data – your IP address (to prevent abuse), a session cookie for form security, and a preference cookie for language and theme.
How we use it
- To reply to you, match volunteers to opportunities, discuss CSR partnerships, and issue donation acknowledgements.
- To keep records required by law and for audit.
- To send updates only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site and payments (hosting, email, Razorpay), and with authorities where the law requires.
Retention & security
We keep enquiries and donation records for as long as needed for the purposes above and statutory record-keeping. Access to our admin area is password-protected and limited to authorised staff.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@fissindia.com. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (security session, language) and a local-storage setting for light/dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts may set their own cookies subject to Google’s policies.
