About FISS

A platform for integrated and inclusive social growth in North East India.

Our story

Aligned with the world’s most ambitious goals

In September 2015, 193 countries came together to adopt the Sustainable Development Goals. India took the pledge too.

Home to 1.3 billion aspiring people, India reclaimed its focus on the overall development of society, with special emphasis on its deprived sections. India’s success in achieving the SDGs will play a significant role in accelerating the wheel of sustainable development – and Foundation for Integrated Support and Solution (FISS) is one of the many spokes of that wheel.

Aligned with the global perspectives of the SDGs and National Policies derived by NITI Aayog, FISS was established in August 2016. It endeavours to bridge the gap between the vulnerable sections of society and the resourcefulness of Government, Corporate and Non-Profit organisations.
